Customer Reviews

“Installation of new range went flawlessly. Installers were polite an professional. Highly recommend this company.”

“KJ & Ricky did a fantastic job installing our new kitchen full of appliances. We found them to be friendly, honest & skilled in installing seven different appliances. They ran into some minor snags, as you might with any install, but they navigated well. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. They also cleaned everything up and left no trace when they finished. The Subzero frig is our favorite new appliance. Pella, IA”

“Next Level Install really pulled through on a difficult, almost impossible job. I bought a 48” SubZero, 36” Range, Dishwasher and Drawer microwave, from Warner Stellian. Side note I recommend anyone buying appliances to pay someone for a walkthrough before installation, I was not offered that through Warner, luckily Warner sent Next Level to do the install. After seeing what they had to do to get my Sub Zero installed I’m sure that any other crew in Des Moines would have walked and left me high and dry. It took four guys and a lot of determination and high skill level to get it in my house. Didn’t leave a ding scratch or nick on a single thing. I couldn’t be more impressed with this company. I told my remodel company to recommend them to all their clients. Thanks again for your hard work Christian, Ernesto and the two other beast of guys for making it happen!!!”

“Amazing experience with the Next Level team installing two appliances. They were beyond professional and were also super responsive to calls, emails and any questions I had along the way. They moved my old appliances out for me and had me up and running in no time. Can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“Christian and Ernesto did the near impossible and installed a 98 inch TV with inches to spare on each side. Absolute skill and professionalism at work. Hooked up two water lines to the fridge, leveled them better without my asking, and mounted two other tvs according to our specifics. The go-to guys if you need something installed in Ames.”

“I left a message for Next Level Mowing one afternoon and Pat returned my call within a few hours. He obtained the information needed to determine an estimate to complete my mowing needs. We set an onsite appointment and true to his word, he arrived as scheduled. This is in sharp contrast to another lawn mowing service (JC Lawncare) that was a no show on two consecutive scheduled weeks. Pat has consistently, without fail, mowed my lawn every week as scheduled. Each job has been efficiently and professionally completed. I offer the highest recommendation for the services of Next Level Mowing. Thanks, Pat! Lin Christensen”

“Absolutely Outstanding Service! We had an amazing experience with Next Level Install, LLC! Marcus and Johnny went above and beyond when they came to our rental home to uninstall our washer and dryer, hauled them safely to our new house, and installed them with incredible care and precision. Not only were they professional, courteous, and respectful, but they also discovered that the original installers had connected the water lines incorrectly — something we never would’ve known! Marcus and Johnny fixed the issue on the spot and made sure everything was installed perfectly and securely. They took their time, made sure nothing was damaged in either location, and were a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and the people they serve. We are SO grateful and can’t recommend Next Level Install highly enough — especially Marcus and Johnny. Thank you so much for taking care of us and doing it right! 🙌👏🚚💧🛠️”

“I had put off having a 360 mount for my tv because I got a really high price from Best Buy. I saw advertising on a Next Level truck. The owner sent me an Amazon link for the correct mount. So I got the mount in one day. I was sent an invoice to pay before they came. I was a little concerned , but he explained he had been stiffed a few times. I understand the problems for small businesses. The crew arrived. They were great. Brought in protectors for the tv. We sat and watched. They were pretty fast workers and answered all my questions!
