New construction jobs have a lot of moving parts, and appliance installation is one of those tasks that has to get done right - or it holds everything else up. We were called out to this Urbandale build to get the kitchen fully equipped and keep the project on track toward closing.
Here's what we were working with: a high-end stainless gas range tucked neatly between custom gray cabinetry under a built-in range hood, a large side-by-side column refrigerator set flush into a dedicated cabinet surround, a stainless dishwasher fitted cleanly under the island countertop, and an LG trim-kit microwave built directly into the pantry cabinetry. Four appliances, all different installation requirements, all handled in one visit.
That kind of variety is pretty common on new construction jobs. Each appliance comes with its own set of connections, clearances, and fit-and-finish details. The gas range installation alone requires careful attention to the gas line connection, leveling, and making sure everything seats properly within the cabinet opening. Add a column fridge with cabinetry panels above it, a built-in microwave with a trim kit, and a dishwasher that needs to line up flush with the island - and the margin for error shrinks fast.
Getting all of this done cleanly and efficiently is exactly why builders and homeowners bring us in. Delays at this stage can push back closing timelines, and nobody wants that. We show up prepared, work through the checklist, and leave the kitchen ready for whatever comes next.
Whether you're wrapping up a new build or just picked up new appliances for an existing home, we handle the full scope - gas range installation, refrigerator installation, dishwasher installation, microwave installation, and everything in between. Getting it done right the first time saves a lot of headaches down the road.
