Move-in day is supposed to be exciting - not stressful. But when a brand new home needs a full kitchen worth of appliances installed correctly before the homeowners arrive, there's no room for shortcuts. That's exactly what we came in to handle on this new construction home in Ankeny.

Here's what we were working with - a full appliance package that needed to be set up properly from the start. A Bosch induction cooktop dropped cleanly into the countertop, a built-in range hood fitted inside the custom wood surround, a panel-ready dishwasher installed flush with the cabinetry, a French door refrigerator positioned and leveled, a Bosch wall oven built into the cabinet stack, and a second Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator tucked into its own dedicated space. Every single one had to fit right, function right, and look right.

That's the thing about new construction - you only get one shot at making the first impression. If an appliance is installed off-level, if a panel doesn't align, or if connections aren't handled carefully, the homeowners notice it immediately. We take the time to get the fit dialed in on every unit. Panel-ready dishwasher installation is a good example of that. The door front has to line up perfectly with the surrounding cabinet faces. Too high, too low, or even slightly crooked and it throws off the whole kitchen.

Whether it's a refrigerator installation, dishwasher installation, or a full suite of built-in appliances, the process is the same - measure, verify, set it properly, and check everything before we walk out the door. New construction crews are moving fast, and we work alongside that pace without cutting corners on the details that matter.

These homeowners walked into a kitchen that was completely ready to go. No scrambling to figure out connections, no calling back a contractor to fix a crooked panel. Just a clean, fully functional kitchen waiting for them on day one. That's what a proper appliance install should feel like.
