This one was a full house. A brand-new custom home in Clive, IA - and it needed everything. We're talking a 30" column fridge paired with a 30" column freezer, a 36" pro gas range, hood insert, GE microwave with stainless trim kit, warm drawer, two dishwashers, a beverage center, and a GE laundry set. Start to finish, every space in this home got attention.

The kitchen is where it really comes together. The side-by-side column fridge and freezer with stainless panels sit flush in a built-in surround - that kind of setup has to be positioned and leveled just right or it looks off. We also handled the gas range installation on that 36" pro range. Six burners, brass knobs, and a marble slab backsplash behind it - it's a serious cooking setup, and getting the gas connection right is not something you leave to chance.

The microwave installation was a built-in trim kit setup, which means it has to fit the cabinet opening precisely. No gaps, no misalignment. Same goes for the microwave drawer tucked into the island cabinetry. These kinds of installs take more time than a standard drop-in, but the finished look is worth it.

Out in the laundry room, we set up a front-load LG washer and dryer pair. Clean space, proper hookups, ready to go. It's one of those rooms that people often overlook when planning a new build - but getting the washer and dryer installation done correctly from day one saves a lot of headaches down the road. Hoses, venting, leveling - it all matters.

Jobs like this one are what we do best. Big custom builds with multiple appliances across multiple rooms, all needing to work together and look like they belong. We coordinate everything so the builder and homeowner don't have to chase down five different contractors to get it done.
