Full Custom Home Appliance Install Across Two Kitchens and Two Laundry Rooms

This was a big one. Two full kitchens, two laundry setups - all in a single custom home build. Jobs like this require a lot of coordination and patience. Every appliance has to go in at the right time, in the right order, and nothing gets rushed just to hit a deadline.

In the main kitchen, we set a Wolf 6-burner gas rangetop under a custom hood surround with a full slab marble backsplash behind it. Right next to it, a double wall oven stacked into the cabinetry. That kind of built-in appliance installation has to be precise - millimeter-level precise - because the cabinetry is already built around the cutouts. The second kitchen got its own refrigerator installation and a Miele dishwasher dropped into the dark walnut cabinetry, sitting flush and clean. A second Miele dishwasher went into the sage green kitchen, same model, different vibe entirely.

The laundry rooms were just as satisfying. We handled two separate Electrolux front-load washer and dryer installations - one set in white, one in titanium with matching pedestals. Both sets are sitting level, properly vented, and ready to run. Getting two laundry setups done clean in a single day takes planning, but that's what this kind of project demands.

We're still waiting on electrical and plumbing modifications before we can button up the built-in refrigerator and its panel. That's pretty common on large custom builds - some pieces have to wait on other trades. We don't force it. When it's ready, we'll be back to finish it the right way.

Custom home appliance installation is a different animal than a standard swap-out. There's no room for error when the cabinetry, countertops, and finishes are all custom. Every cut, every connection, every level check matters. That's how we approach every job - whether it's one appliance or an entire home's worth.
