Custom home kitchens are a whole different animal. The cabinetry is custom-fit, the finishes are high-end, and every appliance has to land perfectly - because there's no hiding a sloppy install when everything around it is this dialed in.
Here's what we were working with on this one: a full appliance package across a brand new custom kitchen. That meant a stainless double-oven gas range tucked tight into the cabinetry run, a panel-ready dishwasher that disappears right into the cabinet line, and a built-in microwave trimmed out flush against the surrounding woodwork. Three different appliance types, three different installation requirements - all on the same job.
Gas range installation is where we always slow down and do it right. Getting the unit level, properly connected to the gas line, and sitting flush with the countertop edge isn't something you rush. A double-oven range like this one also has to be balanced perfectly so both oven doors open and seal the way they're supposed to. The stone slab backsplash and custom range hood above it made the fit-out even more precise.
The panel-ready dishwasher is one of those details that separates a custom kitchen from a standard one. When it's done right, you almost can't tell it's there - it just reads as another cabinet door. That seamless look takes careful alignment and the right hardware, and it's exactly the kind of finish work we take seriously on built-in appliance installs like this.
Every piece of this kitchen had to come together as a unit. The microwave installation, the gas range installation, the dishwasher - none of it exists in a vacuum. When you're working in a custom home, the standard for how everything looks and functions is just higher. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job like this.
