New construction installs are a different animal. There's no existing hookup to work around, no old unit to pull out - just a fresh space that needs everything set up correctly from scratch. That's exactly what we were working with across two spec-layout townhomes in Urbandale.
Each unit got the full treatment. Refrigerator installation, dishwasher installation, and range installation - all coordinated to fit the layout and make sure every connection was solid before handoff. In a spec build, the builder is counting on everything being move-in ready. There's no room for loose connections or units that aren't properly seated.
The kitchens here have white shaker cabinetry, light quartz countertops, and stainless appliances throughout. Getting the fit right matters - a range that isn't level or a dishwasher that isn't properly secured is going to cause headaches down the road for whoever moves in. We make sure that doesn't happen.
Spec builds also tend to move fast. Multiple units, tight timelines, and a long punch list for the builder to get through. Coming in and handling the appliance side cleanly - without creating extra work for anyone else on the job - is part of what makes this kind of work go smoothly. That's what we showed up to do in Urbandale, and that's what we delivered.
Whether it's a single-family home or multiple units in a new development, the standard doesn't change. Every appliance gets installed right, every connection gets checked, and the space gets handed off ready to use.
