Remodels have a lot of moving parts. Cabinets, counters, flooring - everyone has their piece of the puzzle. Our piece is making sure every appliance gets set properly so the whole kitchen actually functions when the dust settles. This West Des Moines remodel was a big one, and we handled the full appliance lineup from start to finish.

In the kitchen, we installed a pair of Frigidaire column units - a refrigerator and freezer side by side, flush with the cabinetry. That kind of built-in refrigerator installation has to be precise. Alignment matters. So does making sure the units are level, the doors swing right, and everything seals the way it should. Next to that, we dropped in a microwave drawer right into the island - clean, accessible, and out of the way of the main workspace.

The ZLINE pro gas range was another highlight. That's a serious piece of cooking equipment, and gas range installation on a unit like that isn't something you want to rush. We got it seated correctly, connected to gas, and confirmed everything was running safely before moving on. The 46-inch hood insert sitting above it ties the whole cooking wall together. We also handled the dishwasher installation, fitted under the counter right next to the farmhouse sink - no gaps, no slop.

Outside the kitchen, the laundry room got the same attention. The LG stacked washer and dryer went in clean - level, connected, and ready to run. Stacked units can be finicky to position in tighter spaces, but when it's done right, they fit like they belong there.

That's really what this kind of work comes down to. It's not just plugging things in. Each appliance has to be fitted to the space, connected correctly, and tested before we walk out the door. When a homeowner is wrapping up a full remodel, the last thing they need is an appliance that wasn't installed right. We take that seriously on every job.
