This was a full appliance day in Johnston - and when we say full, we mean it. Double wall ovens, a six-burner KitchenAid gas cooktop, a built-in range hood, and a front-load washer and dryer setup. Each one of these installs has its own set of requirements, and doing them all under one roof on the same day takes real coordination.
The double wall oven stack is the kind of built-in appliance installation that has zero room for error. The cutout has to be right, the electrical has to be ready, and the unit has to sit flush and level inside the cabinetry. When it's done clean, it looks like it was always there. That's exactly what we're going for.
The gas cooktop is where things get serious. A six-burner KitchenAid rangetop sitting in a quartz countertop - the gas connection, the fit, and the first-light test all have to go right. We don't walk away until every burner is firing the way it should. No shortcuts on gas work, ever.
The built-in range hood tucks up into the custom hood surround seamlessly - flush to the wood soffit with the baffle filters sitting clean inside. It's the kind of detail that gets overlooked until it's done wrong. And the LG front-load washer and dryer pair rounded out the day, set side by side and level in the laundry space.
A job like this isn't just about hooking things up. It's about making sure every appliance fits the space, works correctly, and looks like it belongs there. That's what a proper built-in appliance installation looks like.
