Full Appliance Install for Kruse Construction in Des Moines

We had the pleasure of working alongside our friends at Kruse Construction again - this time on a new home in the Lake Ridge area of Des Moines. When a builder wraps up a home, the last thing they want is delays getting appliances set. That is where we come in.

This was a full kitchen and laundry setup. In the kitchen, we handled the refrigerator installation, range installation, and microwave installation - all GE stainless steel units that fit cleanly into the space. Everything had to line up right with the cabinetry, sit level, and actually function before we walked out the door.

The laundry room got the same treatment. We set up the washer and dryer side by side in a dedicated laundry nook. Getting both units properly connected and squared away in a tight space takes a little patience, but it matters. Nobody wants to move into a new home and find out the dryer vent is loose or the washer is rocking on an uneven floor.

What we really take pride in with builder partnerships like this is consistency. Kruse Construction knows that when they call us, the work gets done right and the home is ready for the new homeowner from day one - no callbacks, no loose ends.
