We knocked out a full appliance install across 5 units in Urbandale - and wrapped it up before noon. That kind of pace only happens when the crew knows exactly what they're doing and comes prepared to work clean and fast.

Here's what we were working with - brand new construction townhomes, all at the same stage, all needing the same treatment. Dishwasher installation under fresh quartz countertops, over-the-range microwave installation mounted flush against the upper cabinets, and electric range installation set tight into the cabinet runs. Every unit got the same level of attention. No shortcuts, no sloppy fitment.

Multi-unit jobs like this are where consistency really matters. A builder can't have one kitchen looking dialed in and another one half-done. Our job is to keep every unit on the same standard - and that means the tenth install looks just as good as the first.

What we ended up with across each kitchen was a clean stainless steel setup that's ready for move-in. The range sitting level in the opening, the over-the-range microwave mounted solid above it, and the dishwasher seated flush with the cabinetry. That's the goal every time - nothing hanging, nothing crooked, nothing that needs to be revisited.

Speed matters on a build schedule, but it can't come at the cost of quality. We treat commercial and multi-unit work the same way we treat a single-family home - with the same care and the same standard. That's what keeps builders calling us back.
